We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase, and happily offer an exchange, store credit or refund for items you return in original re-sellable condition.

Any purchased items can only be returned within 15 days of your purchase date.


HOW TO RETURN

1. Go to the online Order Management area by clicking the link in your order confirmation email OR Menu here on Home or Cart page (when logged in to your customer account)

2. Find the order containing items you wish to return and click to open it and see the details. Click the buttons to say which items you are keeping and which you are returning. Then follow the prompts.


PRINTING YOUR RETURN LABEL

During the return process described above, you will request a postage label. You will see a button to download this. Please print and attach this securely to your return parcel. Then pop your parcel in the post.


SETTLEMENT OF RETURNS

If you choose to make an exchange order, this is done immediately. Any remaining funds will be converted to a store credit stored in your account for future use.

If you choose to use a Store Credit for later use, this is granted immediately during the Online Returns Process.

If you request a Refund, we will reply to you within 48 hours of receiving your return parcel.
