You have 15 whole days from the day you receive your order to decide if it's not quite right and book in your return. Everything you buy on our site is eligible for return except SALE styles which are final sale and not returnable.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition - this means unworn and unwashed with tags and hygienic liners in tact.

This is probably one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made in a long time. The design of this jacket is beautiful, I absolutely love the look and the fit. However, the construction of this jacket is by far the worst I have ever seen. Every single seam is a raw edge. After a few wears the edges have started to fade to white and with each wear it becomes more and more obvious that this jacket is pieced together instead of being properly sewn together. I learned how to sew when I was very young and come from a family where almost all of the women know how to sew very well. I appreciate that it takes time and additional fabric to construct a piece of clothing properly- the execution of this jacket looks like it was either done but someone who does not have proper training on how to construct clothes or it is made by a company cutting costs. Either way the end result is bad.
