Shipping Costs

Free shipping applies to all standard orders over $250. A flat $10 shipping fee applies to orders under $250.

All worldwide orders ship from our Lisa Maree warehouse located either in California, USA or Sydney, Australia dependent on the location of the stock. By DHL Express, UPS or USPS with an approximate delivery time of 1-5 working days after placing an order on in-stock items.

During this time (COVID) we are experiencing longer than usual delivery timeframes outside of the USA, please understand there may be some delays if your shipping address is outside of the USA.

Currency, Taxes and Duty

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on the Online store are in US Dollar currency. The site will identify your location and bill your local currency when logging on and shipping to a non-US address.

Orders to countries outside the USA may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Item Availability

On rare occasions items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Changes to Your Order

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at reception@lisamaree.com.au immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Lisa Maree accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

Lisa Maree reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.

OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Shopping online should be as trouble free as shopping in store. For this reason, our Returns Policy is super simple. 

You have 15 whole days from the day you receive your order to decide if it's not quite right and book in your return. Everything you buy on our site is eligible for return except SALE styles which are final sale and not returnable.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition - this means unworn and unwashed with tags and hygienic liners in tact.  

We reserve the right to adjust/refuse your return if your return arrives in an a condition which does not meet our returns policy.

Size Exchanges - FREE Return Label

Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for the a size up or down? An exchange is your best option. The cost to return your incorrect size is on us!

You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as we’ve received your original parcel. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement.

This option will only be available within the USA and if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred size – if stock is running low or it’s already sold out, you won’t be able to choose that size. If your size sells out before you’ve sent the original back to us, you’ll automatically be issued a refund. A lot of our pieces sell out very quickly so the faster you get it back to us, the better your chance of the alternative size being available and it reaching you.

Online Credit - FREE Return Label

Perfect if you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but aren’t quite sure what you want right now. Online credits have no expiration date and just like an exchange, we cover the cost of your return.

When you submit your return, you’ll receive a pre paid label to send your items back. (Only available within the USA)

Refund 

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. The shipping fee for your return delivery will be deducted from your refund total.

If you’ve paid with ShopPay, any repayments already made will be refunded to your ShopPay account. If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

You’ll be issued a Return Label. Print the label at home, stick the label to the outside of your parcel, place your return items and packing slip from your original order inside and send the parcel back to us. 


General

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 15 days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached reading “Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned”. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We strongly suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received.

We are unable to accept returns on Lisa Maree items purchased through other vendors, please contact the store you purchased through for returns. Goods will only be processed if they have a valid Online Store Returns Form.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or credit on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost). Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your return.

Swimwear and Lingerie

For all swimwear and lingerie, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, and are valid for use online.

Cancellations and order modification

Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order. Please refer to our returns policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.
